Pool is heated starting mid -December and is closed the last week of ski season (varies slightly each year).
Winter schedule is as follows:

Regular Weekly Schedule:
• Friday and Saturday 5:00PM – 8:00PM
• Sunday thru Thursday 5:00PM – 6:00PM

Christmas and February Vacation Weeks:
• Friday and Saturday 5:00PM – 8:00PM
• Sunday thru Thursday 5:00PM – 7:00PM

Note: No glass containers in pool or locker rooms!
Please use at own risk as no life guard on duty. Do not swim alone, please use buddy system and supervise children at all times

Common Room can be used by owners or their tenants only. Common Room should not be used after 10pm as a courtesy to other occupants of the building. Please clean up and remove all trash after use and leave the room as you found it.

Firewood is for the end condo units with fireplaces only. These owners pay for the firewood stored in the locked shed on the premises. Thank you.

Trash receptacle/dumpster on premise is for use by condo owners and their tenants only. Trash is emptied on a bi-weekly schedule. There is no separate on-premise recycling.

The local Transfer Station servicing the towns of Hanover, Newry, and Bethel is a little over one mile from The Chamberlain. It accepts all sorts of recycling, bulky waste, etc. Hours are Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 9am – 4pm. https://www.bethelmaine.org/2185/Transfer-Station

Pay-per-use washers and dryers are found on the basement level near the women’s locker room.

The Chamberlain Condominium Association conducts an Annual Meeting the Sunday of Columbus Day weekend every year.
